Refund policy

Every My Kid's Dream book is personalized and printed to order, just for your child.

If your book arrives damaged or misprinted, or with a mistake that was our fault (for example, a name printed differently from the one you typed), contact us and we will reprint it or refund you. Your choice.

Because each book is made for one child, we cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind, or for a name that was spelled exactly as typed at checkout. Please double-check the name before ordering, because what you type is exactly what we print.
